This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Company provides setup and logistics services to the Client, including:
Access to high-paying loads through partnered shippers including Amazon & government contracts.
Payment is due prior to service activation.
Payments may be processed via third-party accounts to enable same-day service. A digital receipt will be issued upon payment.
The $475 dedicated lane setup fee is refundable after the Client completes their first delivery arranged by the Company. Other service fees are non-refundable once service begins.
The Client agrees to:
This Agreement does not create an employment relationship. The Client is an independent carrier.
The Company is not liable for any loss of income due to delays, market rates, missed loads, legal penalties, or broker cancellations.
This agreement becomes effective upon payment and remains active until completion of contracted services. Either party may terminate in writing at any time.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 2026-04-18 by and between:
The Company agrees to assist the Client in obtaining a liquor transportation permit ("Permit") required under applicable state law.
The Client agrees to pay a one-time, flat fee of $1,100.00 to the Company.
This fee includes both the state permit cost and the Company's service charges.
Payment is due in full at the time of signing this Agreement.
The Company guarantees that the Client's liquor permit application will be approved by the state authority, provided:
The Company agrees to process and submit the permit application promptly. While approval timelines are determined by the state authority, the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure approval is obtained in the shortest possible time.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fee paid by the Client.
This Agreement terminates automatically upon issuance of the liquor permit or, if applicable, upon refund of the service fee in accordance with Section 4.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the permit is being applied for.
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
